:smash 1075 miles into this baby i got a little over confident on a hair pin mountain turn and ploughed into a hillside. My license is so bad i dont want to report it to my insurance. new radiator, bumper, adapt cruise unit, and assorted bits. She's back together and I had her up to 100 with no problems but the check engine light is on without an associated message, could it be something simple-like? Can I access code information to determine the general fault area,as in some other cads? :crazy

I have not heard of a way to look at the diagnostics on the XLR, unlike other Cadillacs that use a combination of buttons to bring up diagnostics.

First thing to check is that your gas cap is still fitting tightly. If it is, then I think you are in for another trip to the dealership. Sorry about your incident but it is good to hear that the XLR is back in one piece.
