Does anyone know if there's an ECU programmer or anything to boost the output of the XLR-V motor?

I'm not so sure Hans................I've crunched two XLR's in a little bit over one year. Granted they weren't from racing, but I dude it.

Performance Improvements

I'd start by contacting Corvette and other high performance speed shops in your area. I'm in the process of acquiring a V myself and I've talked to several of these types about "tricking up" the performance. The key, of course, is that you have to have a dyno and know how to work with the programming codes to maximize hp and torque.

For a few hundred dollars and a few simple changes you can make yourself (like changing the air intake and filters), you should be able to get a 10% improvement in hp (up to around 500). Then you'll have an expensive, but classey, Z06!
