as I know some of you put the bigger wheels and tires on your cars. My question is, are they "run flat" tires? if not what do you do in case of a flat tire?

light post had blown down in a rain storm across the bottom of a freeway on ramp.

just the arm part of the light..... it's about 6" diameter and streached clear across the lane.

I believe it's 19" with run flats
