Need a better idea for the front Lic plate

I need a better idea for the front Lic plate. Beverly Hills PD loves to ticket for not having one. Drilling two holes in nice smooth bumer can't be the only way.... Help pleas

XLR - Third Place Finish for 2004 Car of the Year

The Cadillac XLR finished in third place for the North American Car of the Year. The XLR received 113 points, the Mazda RX-8 received 167 points and the winning Toyota Prius received 298 points. Seventeen cars were considered for the award, with the three finalists listed above.

It is interesting to note that the Prius is a hybrid electric/gas passenger car and the RX-8 is a four passenger, four door sports car. Of course, the XLR is a two-passenger, two door hard-top convertible. It must have been difficult for the judges to compare three such dissimilar vehicles.
