where to buy springs?

where can I get a set of springs to lower my XLR?
Any vendors have aftermarket parts for our cars?

You probably don't need springs. Same running gear as a Corvette and you can get an inch or more by turning up some bolts.
I've tried a few times to get some response to this.
has anyone done this??

Yep, that's exactly it!
I was afraid to start wrenching on mine. My dealer gave me the GM print out for "Trim Adjustments",but advised against it.....thay advise against everything though!!

does anyone have 20,s with no springs and could post a side shot to see if necessary

those are 20", I have a lower profile (more room in the wells) than stock wheels


it's screaming to be lowered, but I would not go more than 1"

if you dont mind me asking what type of wheels are those...and what size..are they staggered....
I found out that tire rack hasd H&R springs for our cars...moderate drop of 1.2 all around...thats awesome but it seems they are on back order, so now that we know H&R makes them...I just have to find someone that has them in stock

I have followed up on that. they show them available, but they don't exist.
H&R has no intention of making them.

check Eibach, their working on it, but I don't think avail yet.
