Torch Red

While I like Crimson Pearl and Infrared, for me the old 'vette color Torch Red, which is close to Ferarri red is the hottest color for a sports car. It is a classic look, and easy to keep.

Metal flake colors, when done well, look great. However, "orange peel" can be an issue when cars are mass produced. My Xenon Blue exhibits some orange peel that I've never been happy about.

Frankly I want to "raise the bar".

Cadillac should offer ANY color available on other models in the GM line on BOTH XLR platforms!!

The XLR is the top of the GM line and a limited run car. So "If The Customer Wants It We'll Provide It" should be the business objective.

If they come up with light turquoise/teal color with the same metal flake as on the Star Black I would trade Jim's Crimson Pearl for that and give Jim my Star Black one. Yes, he already knows this. :glol But, I won't hold my breath waiting for this to happen. :sleep :sleep :sleep :sleep
