I used the same trick for the SRX hitting the sound button above the volume button I/O for 3 seconds. I put in the code 1791 which is the code for the SRX and hit enter.Hit the return button then the image button. It worked!!. Enjoy watching DVD while driving-BUT KEEP UR EYE ON THE ROAD!
Got my Video!

I'm sure that it's a DTS 5.1 DVD,
as to what the system is actually playing,
I wouldn't know.
I went back and reviewed your original thread on this issue,
that prompted me to buy this particular DVD in the first place,
and I guess that it's Dolby Digital I'm hearing??

Sounds great either way!:thumbs

I have no problem while watching the thing while driving, but do you realize that it is illegal in some states to have a television in the front and watch it while driving? NOT to mention the serious repercussions of getting into an accident and then trying to sue the pants off of Cadillac because of something you did? Think twice people. Look ahead!

How did you get DTS surround sound? Does this system have a built-in DTS processor? Or did you have one installed? :confused
