For model year 2006 a total of 1,147 XLR-V's were produced representing 28% of the total 4,136 XLR's produced. Although still a small number in absolute terms, it is a lot more than I would have expected and significantly more than the 700-800 that's been discussed on this Forum.

Source?? Ok, I saw the other post now. But how reliable was source at BG?

The information comes from the analyst that posts all the production data coming out of the BG plant. Obviously most of the focus has been on the Corvette and that data is readily available on various websites sponsored by GM. It wasn't until I took the time and effort to track the right people down that they even had any idea that someone was interested in XLR production data.

Why do you question the accuracy of the data? Does it conflict with other information you've seen on these Forums or have found on other sources? To the best of my knowledge, all we had on here until now has been people's guesses (and maybe hopes and wishes).
