Hello there......just curious if anyone else has had this problem.

The trunk is actually rubbing against the inside of the far left and right side of the rear bumper inside lip. Basically that piece of garbage hard piece of plastic that lines the bottom of the trunk is rubbing against the bumper and scuffing it.

You can't really see the damage when the trunk the closed. Brought it to the dealer and don't think they did s*it to it, still rubs. Frankly I don't there is anything they could have done.

I'm going to bring it to the bodyshop, have them blend new paint in and cover each side in 3M tape and see what happens.

Also that traction light issue, would be nice if GM stopped pushing back the fix....now its August. I'm not holding my breath.

Cool car, but has questionable quality issues.

Strip Removal

I pointed it out to my dealer last week and they adjusted the rubber bumper stops and removed the black rubber strip (it is just on with sticky tape). There is now a gap but yes I have some paint damage from the past year of rubbing. Good Luck
