I don't have any trouble getting the trunk lid up. My problem is that it won't stay up. It slowly comes down.

Great product and store.

When opening the trunk with the key on the rear bumper, does the trunk need opened while the key is turned to the right? Does this need completed immediately with the key turned to the right?

Can the passenger door be opened with a "slim jim" by a locksmith or AAA. I have not been able to get the trunk lid opened.

My battery went dead on my 2008 xlr I keep pushing my unlock on my fob and kept trying to open door some how the window came down enough to get a wire around the latch on bottom of seat and opened the door. charged battery and everything was fine. my manual was in the glove box when I got it out it said take the key and insert in the rear bumper and turn five times in five second's to open trunk on the drivers side there is a latch to open the door.
