I have had the same noise. "we" fixed it with rearend drain and new gear oil made for posatraction plus GM additive they have been putting in vets for years with the same problem..xlrcad said:Transmission or Rear End?
I have noticed that first thing in the morning, after backing out of the driveway, a minor grinding that I can feel on the back of the seat -- seems to happen twice as I start forward and and no other time.
