Yes, I watched this about two weeks ago and thought he was biased. The comment about over and under steer? He was also comparing the XLR's actual selling price to cars that were 50% higher in price. Should he then compare the XLR to cars in the 25K price range? The point I'm wanting to make is the Euro cars have filled a void here in the states so long that we have never had a domestic, high end refined vehicle, and the experience that goes along with it. I think Cadillac has made a very good start with the XLR. No its not as refined, or as expensive, but is a distinct, and unique looking car. I get complements every time I take it out. Do the Beamers and Benz's get that? I think not.

Does anyone really care what a self proclaimed "critic" says who is from a country that doesn't manufacture or engineer a current car of any noteriety! Our cars are not perfect....that said, they are a hoot to drive and really get the looks. My two cents.:smash :smash

As I said the last time this guy appeared on this Forum, he should critique his own country's comparative car the Jaguar. Talk about a vehicle with issues. It's gotten better but what a checkered past.

You are quite right! Improvements started when FOMOCO purchased Jag....the multitude of engine/engine oil leaking, electrical issues ultimately started a cottage industry. Putting Chevy small block V-8's and Delco electonics/charging systems in these cars.
