You should be able to get it from your dealer for under $2,000.00.
My upper grille has the Caddy badge, not that crappy Strut logo.
Both upper and lower grilles have the small Strut emblem, which is acceptable to me.
Since I never used it, loss of the ACC is no big deal.
I would strongly recommend that if you install the lower grille, you don't use the cruise control, period. Even with the maximum 6 second closure setting, you are liable to get some inadvertant braking due to false signals bouncing off the metal grille.
