If you have replaced your origional tires with the same Michelin Run Flats I would be interested to find out if you bought the replacements from a Cadillac Dealer or Michelin dealer and approximant cost. Thanks.

Hi Jim, at tirerack they`ll charge you $ 235 for one orig. equipped tire but if you need new ones and won`t put other wheels on I would go for 255/45 18 - they`ll fit the rims and let your car look much better.
The 19 V wheels fit my XLR perfectly.

I had 17,000 miles on my original tires and went to my dealer to complain about how quickly and unevenly they were wearing. Without any hesitation or me asking they replaced all 4 under warranty.

I had the same experience as Pamlico see my previous post awhile ago. The reason for this is that they forgot to request that you rotate the tires at 5k intervals in the book and in the automatic reminder maintenance notification system. Initially the 04 XLR's were to get wider tires in the rear and the books were printed with that in mind (no rotation fornt to rear).

Remember that the non-V's have the same size tires front and rear.

So GM was "on the hook" for the 1st set. There shold have been a form you signed acknowledging that you agree to rotate the tires from now on.

Regards
