Performance enhancement for XLR

I just purchased my XLR and I love it. But it just does not have the power I am looking for. Now I know I can upgrade to the new XLR-V but it will take me a year to get one here in Florida (and I am on a wait list) but there must be something I can do now to enjoy a bit more power. I do not want to do something drastic that is going to void all warrenty but wanted to see what people have done out there that has helped.
