Just got the following letter from Cadillac:

Thank you for your participation in the Cadillac Order Tracking
Program. We hope that it has provided you with a unique
opportunity to gain insight into Cadillac's manufacturing
process and to learn more about your Cadillac owner privileges
while you wait for delivery of your new XLR.

While the information you receive is largely accurate, we are
experiencing a few difficulties in data reporting. In an effort
to ensure accuracy and deliver the premium service that you
expect from Cadillac, we have determined that it is necessary
to temporarily suspend e-mail production updates to all
customers. If you have saved past e-mails from the Cadillac
Order Tracking Program, please be aware that all links included
in these emails will be disabled after October 31, 2003.

At Cadillac, we always strive to provide you with the ultimate
in customer care. Your dealer will be contacting you soon with
the latest information regarding your vehicle delivery. We
apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you
again for choosing Cadillac and for your participation in this
program.

I believe they still think they're shipping me a blue one. Hmm... if I were to get another XLR...
