I just picked up an 06 XLR... what a great way to enjoy the weather in Southern California.

Anyway... the oil pressure indicator goes up and down immediately with light acceleration and deceleration. Is this ok?

Obviously, I know nothing about cars... how sad.

In comparing our oil pressure readings... your pic shows at "1:00", just past 300. My reading shows about the same (just over the mid point) at 3,000 rpm. Hope this isn't any indication of a problem. I will have a better idea when I have broken-in the engine. I'm still under 500 miles, and going 55mph or less :-(
