Hey guys, this is official
Just got back from my trip to the east coast in the 04. I will post more about the drive later. Stopped in for a tour at Bowling Green, KY, which is mostly about the Corvette and when they asked who has the 04 platinum with Foose rims on it parked outide, Naturally I wasn't shy. They took us aside and asked if we would like to go into the restricted area to get a close up of the colors, Black Star and infra Red 80U. I just about peed in my pants. The true color is not the red shown in some posts at the NYC auto show with intense lighting, but is the burgandy that was also shown in another post with loades of metal flake and pearl in it. Inside with light on it, it was gorgeous. Then they took me over to area where a worker was forming the bumpers on a jig before they are put on the cars. She showed me the Black Star and said it has every color flake of the rainbow and said they had it outside in the sun and as you walked around it, it would change colors.

Hans from Germany called me and said he would be there in two days, but I couldn't wait for him cause we where on a schedule...........Sorry Hans

Thanks my friend, you maybe will change your mind when you hear that I will see on a small highway stretch at least 180 mph in your HUD or if the make the analog speedo higher, on there. As you know, the 260 kph is even for my regular XLR not enough.

:nodno I do not let him drive :nodno

Hans :)

i'LL TAKE THE PICTURE OF THE SPEEDO MINE FRIEND. I had mine up to 132 going back east then a Lexus tried to run away from me in New Mexico and walked on by him at 146. I think he ran out of top end at about 125 or 130. I had clear vision with no one in front or back of us when we started playing.

Bob, a Lexus sc 430 cannot hold up with a XLR. 146 sounds good. OK you bring the V and I bring the camera. :lol
