You know that you I'm saving mine for you. I will put the three piece Foose rims on and put the new rims (zero miles) in the Foose boxes to ship to you or you ship in June when you get here. Price is the only question left. We will work it out.
Why don't you just order the V hood now, then you will look like Bob, but a little darker color. BTW, I like the color, Thunder Grey. It would have been my second choice for my 04.

Because it`s still a year from now till the new V`s will come to europe I buy your wheels with tires. I´m sure we come together on price.
Funny, I`ve got an invitation from Allen-Cadillac for their Presidential-day-sale for tomorow!!!???? How did this happens?

So, are you coming over for the Presidents sale at Allen's? They have 4 06 XLR's for sale and I think they are dealing at MSRP. They have picked up your information from GM or this forum. We will go down and visit the owner when you come in June. You will like these people.
When my 04 goes back to GM it goes with everything on it. Just the way I bought it. Don't forget the Foose rims are 20's on the 04. I will be getting new Foose 19's to make sure I have run flats, so the only thing I will be selling is the V rims, that's why I said I would put them in the Foose boxes for you.:flag :cheers

When I´m with you in Ca. sure we go visit Allen-Cadillac. I read today again the Mail I got from them and it was a weekend-sale and it says on febr.20th it`s over.

My tires will still last about 10.000 km and even if I would get new ones I could not use it on 19 inch rims. My XLR has 18`s on now, same site as yours.

Don't know, Hans.............It could have come in over the weekend and they want to clean it up and put in on the floor. I figure they won't call me right away as they want the exposure of having it on the floor for as long as possible, so I will drop in every day, unannounced. I was willing to let them have it for a week with the doors locked. I don't want people climbing in and out of it. My daughter knows a guy that is good freinds with Chip Foose, so I'll probably save a few bucks by getting my rims from him. I don't know if I'm going to put the wind blocker on the new V or not, but I will transfer the chrome exhuast plate. I'm in hopes that the baffles aren't in the way.

No Upstate, we where just messing around. It's true he is going to buy my V rims from me, but I'm going to give him a deal he can't refuse. I'm just going to replace the V rims with Foose rims and put them in the Foose boxes and send them to Harry. My V should be in between now and next Wednesday according to my dealer. It was shipped on the 14th.

Stand by, what would be a good price or fair price for a used in good shape set of Foose wheels like the one I have pictured be worth? Can my run flats be used on these rims? Tire pressure monitors? Since you have a set I figured you would be the person to answer this.

They look like the Foose speedsters. I bought mine off the dealers XLR when I bought my 04 and he let me have tires and rims for 4K, while they would have been 6K new. I would say $1500 to $2k would be a fair price, but that's just a guess, maybe someone on here would venture a guess.
As far as run flats on the speedster 20"= NO I had to go with normal tires with the speedsters and that's why I'm not going to 20's on the V. I didn't feel comfortable traveling back to NYC last summer with no spare or run flats. If you stay close to home, I guess you'd be alright.
