Okay - I ahve the fan on COOL - HI. I can't feel a thing on the drivers side. is that fan that passive, or should I be able to feel soemthing. Aslo, does it come through the perforated seat backs? Sorry I'm so green, but I've only had it since Friday and the owner's manual is a biti vague.

It will take awhile but you should feel it. Like 1 XLR said it's not ice cubes, it does cool a little bit.
