To all, I am in the need of an Nav upgrade. I have tried all avenue's and know the correct answers now, simply buy one or get someone else's older up grade! I would need a 4, 5 or a 6. I also found out that the nav disc programs are unique to each group of cars or better yet systems, Cadillac tells me the XLR's are unique to themselves! I am not denying this just makes for one hell of a lot of work considering all the models GM puts out! anyway if some kind forum member has one please bring it to BG or any other memeber for that matter who has a 5 or a 6 nav disc. Id like to buy a used one! Thanks to all. Jim

You can scan for "XLR Navigation" and see a variety of old years (Ver 3.00, 4.00 & and even 6.00)

Just received a new Version 7 Navigation System Map DVD as a gift from the dealer I purchased my used 2004 XLR - it was part of the package.

I didn't think he would come through, so I bought my own. I only need one set, so the extra is for sale. Original disks in original packaging. Best offer over $150.00 $5 for priority mail shipping. Save yourself $50. What a difference from the Version 3 disk that was in the car!

Jim problem with new disc--they sent 2--east & west coasts
and r not sure why--I was advised to use my original till they figure it out ..will check in with GM navdisc again on Monday
