Lost Key Fob & Battery Dead

I am in a predicament.

I stored my 2006 XLR for the winter about an hour from my house. We attached a trickle charger and left the hood partially open.

Someone closed the hood, knocking the charger loose. The car now has a dead battery.

During the winter, I also moved and am unable to find my good key fob which has my emergency key on it.

I have an old, semi rotted key fob for backup and no emergency key. No idea where I could find a newer key fob.

I called the dealer and asked them to make another emergency key. They said it’s been discontinued, and they aren’t sure how they made them in the past. They are going to attempt to try and make something that may work.

I am at a complete loss of what to do. Any ideas?
