We are looking for a black or chrome rear license plate frame for our 05 Black Raven - our New Mexico dealer doesn't provide one as part of the total 'package'. Any ideas on where to buy a rear license plate frame on the Internet? The GMC Cadillac site doesn't have anything.

I'm assuming you mean something with the words XLR on it?...........I find the best place to pick up small items like that are at a swap meet, flee market, etc. For an added fee, they will usually scribe whatever you want on a Chrome license plate bracke, then take it home and mask it off and paint the letters black to match your Raven

05BLKXLR What part of New Mexico are you in. We are in Corrales and have 2 XLRs. We should try to get the cars together for a photo. The best I can determine, there is about 15 XLRs in New Mexico.

I don't mean to answer for 05LKZLR, but I their location is Las Cruces.
If I were still living in Rio Rancho we would have 16 in NM, Moved in 80 to Southern California. I used to own A Taste of Italy in Albuquerque.
That would be a good thread to find out what part of the country has the most XLR's. Section the country off into 1/4's. Everyone on either side of I-40, then everyone on either side of the MIssissippi. Northwest could be A, Northeast B, Southwest C, and Southeast D.

We are in Las Cruces - a native. However, I lived in Rio Rancho for a while when INTEL was in a one-story metal frame building - less than 10,000 in Rio Rancho

I would have done the same from our 03 Corvette ZO6 - but the frame said CORVETT - nothing at all against Corvettes - we had an 01 coupe and the ZO6 - incredible cars. I was afraid of getting myself into trouble (too much speed) and it was time for a little luxury.
