Just finished installing a rear sway bar on our car. I purchased everything from the Cadillac parts department. You will need the sway bar for a later model XLR (07) or Corvette, retaining brackets(2)rubber bushings (2) and the sway bar end links (2).
The car must be put on a lift to do this and the total installation is a bolt in and took me all of 10 minutes to install the bar and parts. Cost on everything was under $200.00 using factory parts.
The handling is very much improved and I think the owners of '04,'05 and '06 non V cars will notice a difference. :cheers

Jim (&Galen)I guess I should have thought of that....:crazy ..I will post tomorrow with part #s and prices as I have the receipt at my office. :cheers

Regards,

Elfred

Ok, here is all the info.

1- 15806422 sway bar

2- 15907003 link

2- 10317560 insulator

2 - 15142776 clamp

You will need to pick up 4 - 12 mm X 1.75 nylock nuts with flat washers to secure the bar at the ends.

In case you have an uncooperative local parts department this may be an option.
I spoke to the Parts Mgr. at the dealership I purchased mine from and he said he would be glad to order and ship to anyone who would want to purchase. His name is Randy Joyner and he can be reached at White's Cadillac 252-537-2270. The total retail price is $178.72, if you tell him you are with the XLR forum he will discount 15%.

Happy Handling,

Elfred,

:cheers
