Well guys and gals, I said I would post about my law suit for the hot console, so here goes.
All my lawyer was doing is what every lawyer does and that's stretching the case out and making fees for himself. He wanted to take it to court and bleed GM some more and just keep making his fee get larger. I finally got annoyed with his non communication and when GM offered $108,000, it was a no-brainer. It was obvious that he was very annoyed that I took the deal. He also said that he had never seen GM pay out extra on a buy back.
My V cost the same amount with tax, so I traded up for free. THE PARTY HAS ENDEDarty arty

Hopefully the ticket will be easier. (Ijsut got one yesterday 54 in a 35 picked out of the herd via a radar gun. $184.00 and 4 points. He also decided to "write me" for not having an insurance card $74.50 and 1 point. He REALLY wanted some conflict but I decided to answer Yup Nope No Questions!! He wnet away.

I'll ahve the Insurance thing dropped easily and I'm contemplating going ot traffic school on the radar ticket OR just paying it and the point will go away in 3 years. The insurance company doesn't check every year and I haven't had one in...well 3 years 4 days after I got the XLR. Itr's a coincidence I guess.

I just got my first ticket in the V last week, one of the nicest cops thats ever written me up
it went something like this.......

"Great car.... what is this anyway...... sure has alot of power....... I've been following you since.......you know there's really no excuse, if you're going to drive like that you need to watch your mirror better.....you should have been able to see me back there trying to catch up......."

I would have told him that I have no time to watch the mirrors, especially going this fast, I have to watch straight ahead.

Thanks James, when will you guys be buying a V. I just know your going to BG with a new V, so why not get one now and enjoy it. Don't forget the laser jammer, and 5 or 6 radar detectors, but then I guess you can do the old open wallet and that badge just happens to be there routine.
I haven't got a clue whats happening with the ticket. I paid the lawyer and he said he would do the best he can. He was suppose to go to court last month but probably postponed it because the cop showed up. If he sharp, he will find out when the officer is on vacation, then hit the court.

Wish they would have offered what I had in it a year ago. Wasn't worth the $23k to wait a year, but I had to end the relationship with my non-communicating lawyer.
