HEADS UP 2008 XLR and XLR-V Information

Well guys I say hold what you got!!!

2008 doesn't make me want to upgrade AT ALL!!!

Besides they deleted Xenon blue and added a REAL BUTT UGLY Blue color. It looks like Flordia Gator Blue in the picture.

The other new colors are ugly as well they look like HOT WHEEL TOY CARS!!!!

The chrome wheels and heated steering wheel are....interesting BUT IS THAT ALL THEY HAVE TO OFFER!!!

They don't listen or read anything we say AT ALL!!!

I'm off of my Soap Box now.

WARNING: Don't go to this site unless you are ready to be disappointed!!!

Nobody kills great products better than GM. This car is just plain neglected. The 2 new colors are the 2 new Vette colors for 08- so if i does not look good on a XLR (they wont) we lose.

People need a reason to upgrade or buy and GM never gives us one. XLR still needs:

Sport Package (better handling, larger sportier wheels)
blue tooth
new interior
navy blue

MY "SOAP BOX" position continues to be:

At the price we are asked to pay and the fact that this is GM's Flagship vechicle, we should be able to order any color scheme they offer --both interior and exterior in their entire line up.

Further they should be able to manufacturer it and have it in our neighborhood inside of 30 days--start to finish!!! aka "Just In Time Processing or Manufacturing".

The technology is there!!!

NOW WHERE DID THAT DARN DESIRE TO PLEASE OUR TOP OF THE LINE CUSTOMERS GO???

Cold/warm cup holders

I'm going to Dodge and find out how they have cold/warm cup holders in a $16,000 dollar car and I don't in a $1000,000 dollar car. Maybe I can buy the unit and install it myself.

Agreed. Hard to believe. No I-pod integration? Perhaps a Cobalt, Hundai, anyone? Colors? $80,000 vehicle and only 6 colors, two interiors? What ever happened to red leather? Light gray (shale)? I can perhaps understand why they won't modify the interior given the cost factor (low volume sales). But why not new rims...or a smaller diameter steering wheel? Schmaltz up the dash a little. Correct heat problems. The interior of my old Reatta was completely re-designed after only two years. Hey, no fender vent???

It seems clear that the Vette is the much better buy. More interior choices (have you seen the black/red option). Better re-sale. Timeless look. LESS $. And, I-POD!!!! Come on Cadillac. Step up to the plate.

:nopity Their not listening and if they are they could care less. This much I have found out. When ever I contact customer care I never get an answer.
It's called Customer Don't Care.
