Great looking XLR on eBay

Great looking XLR on eBay. This is the look I will be going for in the near future. My one concern is the size of the rims on this car. Didn't I read a thread on here that said that 19's were about the biggest you could go without any problems?

Be sure to check out the straight on side shot picture of the car.

St31,
Wrong, I have Foose Speedsters twenties on my 04, but you have to keep the rubber and the rim at the same proportion or will hit the inner fenders.

So you do not have any issues with rubbing when driving, even when hitting bumps in the road? Sharp turns? I like the look of 20"s just was not sure if they would be a problem.

Last Friday I put the original V rims (I got them from standby) on my XLR and they fit perfectly to the stock XLR.
I have the 235/45 19 on front and the 255/40 19 on back - Pirelli Zero Rosso Assimetrico. I have no run-flats because they are not available in Germany right now but the ride with the non run-flats feels smoother.

I do get a quick rub when I'm on it, only when it hits second gear, it's like a dog bark, but haven't noticed any spots it is hitting on the rear inner fender.
I think it is just barely touching, that's the only time I've ever noticed it, and I think it's because I keep my tires at 30 psi, if you put about 2 psi more in the rear tires, they don't make that noise.
I saw that XLR on Ebay too. Does anyone know the sizes and brands of the wheels and tires. That is about the best looking 20" aftermarket wheels I have seen on an XLR. They usually look like crap..
