Today I received the rivets I needed that were missing in my trunk divider. The good news is they came attached to an entire new unit! The men at BG listened to my tales of woe over a 2 missing rivits and came through with an entire new unit and at NO charge to me. Now, theres customer service at its best! Yesterday I stopped at the dealership for them to LOOK at my possible headlight probelm. In 5 sec's they said no problem we will order you2 new ones under warranty even though one was previously replaced 2 yrs ago! Again good service. When they come in we'll then see how good of a job they do installing them. Thank you to Cadillac for being on top of this! Jim

I went to my dealer last week about the headlight recall and they said the parts were back ordered. Please let us know when your dealer gets them. thanks.
