I have a local automotive garage (Dynomic auto sports) that is going to dyno my V and see how much I have impoved it with the Volant cool air filters and the rain gaurd removed to let more air in like ram air.
I shall post when I get it done.

Bob:

You should inquire as to whether your speed shop is familiar with either the LS-2 edit or the HP Tuners software. If they are they could do some tuning adjustments for you or at least give you some idea as to the types of things they can optimize. Since you're going to be on the dyno, why not check it out.

Yep, I will ask but I don't want to do anything to the car, especially before going on a 5,000 road trip. I want to be local in case something needs tweaking. I just want my RW dyno numbers.

They don't appear to be very qualified to do anything. They had no clue about the XLR or V and when I went for my dyno, the guy that does the dyno's wasn't there, and I had an appointment.
I did find out that their particular dyno does would probably come up with 424 HP @ the RW's, while GM does a fly wheel check to get 443, so it would be of no value to have it done.
I would like to know what D3 produced before and after.
Thanks
Bob
If you're interested I have the dyno reports from D3 reflecting the stock V and then enhanced with their stage 1 and stage 2 products. It would be interesting to compare your results with theirs.
