Hey everybody,

I'll be leaving for Geneva this week end to check out all the new cars and will hopefully get to see the XLR-V for the first time in real... I'll post any pics I can get when I return...

I also look forward to seeing the new Escalade, the Ferrari 599, ML63 and a bunch if others...

Harry, are you going as well?

Hi Mahme, how you are doing, hope well as I´m.

No I can`t make it to Geneva but I saw the V`s STS and XLR at the Frankfurt Auto Show last september. The next car what get me to a "must see" will be the Cadillac ULS (ultra luxuyr sedan).
I went in 03 for three days to the NAIAS in Detroit just to see the SIXTEEN and this was the absolutely nicest 4 door car I´ve ever seen.

Hey have fun at Genf

Harry

So, just got back from the geneva auto show, I got to the XLR-V and STS-V for the first time... I was a little disappointed by the XLR-V in that beside the hood and grill, it does not have any other mods (sideskirts or fender flares...), the interior was pretty nice with the dark wood and sued, though the hostess told that most people seemed to the prefer the former Eucalyptus interior...

Overall, the Cadillac/Corvette stands were pretty nice with the escalade and corvette getting most attention...

Other impressions:
The Mercedes ML63 is really hot
The Myabach Excelero Concept is one of the most beautiful cars ever (too bad it won't be built...)
The Escalade is a little disappointing (looks a lot like a bigger Range Rover)
The new Ferrari 599 is ugly..
The swiss love Audis and BMWs...
The Peugeot 207 is a very good built and will continu to be a top seller in Europe
The Spyker roadster have the nicest interior of any car on the market
The Opel stand was probably the nicest of the show with fountains and a band playing live...
The Mercedes R-class is one big ugly car...

Overall, great stuff...
