You should have lemoned them with the car. They have to give you total sale price for them............sorry, they got ya on this one.
They also have to give you back sales tax, registration fees and all extras added on the car, not to mention finance charges. I hope you got all this.

Every state has different rules, but I would start out by asking your dealer about a buy back since you have had so much trouble. If they refuse and you have all the paper work showing more than 3 times for one item they can't fix, they have to honor a lemon law.
I'd like to share my case with you but we are not finished yet. I got a lawyer and they offered me $80,000, which wasn't enough, so a few months later they offered, $90,000.............To late, we filed suite against GM and will see them in court in January for a lot more than that, unless they come up with a big offer.
