I drive my 03 Corvette Coupe in all kinds of weather, including snow, with no problems whatsoever. The tires are the key. Goodyear makes a winter run flat tire for the Vette. I have them on my C5 and they give me tons of traction. Don't forget to put about 50 lbs. of added weight in the hatch area and your good to go.
