Console light problem?
Are the square gear indicators ("P", "R", "N", "D") on the console supposed to be illuminated when the headlights are on? Mine do not illuminate at all.
Also:
The oblong lights next to the square indicators on my 2005 are illuminated all the time but sometimes go out when the console lid is closed heavily.
I think maybe I have a loose wiring connection in the console but I really don't want to take it in for service for just that. I've had the car less than a week and everything else seems to work perfectly.
