Official Post for the Rendezvous at Bowling Green Plant.
Hans as suggested we get us a convoy on the way from the west coast to Bowling Green next August.

If we can get members to jump in along I-40 up to I-65 in Tennessee, we could maybe get us a convoy.

Please feel free to let us know if you would like to join. We would all need cell phone numbers listed here in order to coordinate meeting places along the route.

I-40 is in really bad shape on the both sides of Oklahoma City. I would suggest we take I-44 South to I-240 East which hooks up with I-40 on the other side of OK. City. Probably would be quicker too.

Bob, when I send out the registrations at the first of the year we can gather up the info on who wants to convoy and I will have everyone's cell and info on where they want to join up. We will set up a proposed itinerary so everyone will have an idea of where to join in at if interested. Jim

Bob, I think a convoy would be fun. It would be nice to have a convoy for those of us in the southeast too. I would be willing to join a group from Florida, Mississippi, Alabama, or Georgia who would like to meet in Bowling Green. Maybe we could create two groups. One from the West and another from the South or East.

Bill, After the first of year I will post all the info on the event including registration info, itinerary and the hotel that we will be using. I have already obtained a rate at the hotel and have set up the plant tour and Corvette Museum tour. In January all the details will be finalized and info will be posted. There are others coming from Florida, including Professor from Panama City (owner of the XLR with the most miles-137K +) Jim
