Hans, this is manely for you since your coming over in August. The Bowling Green plant shuts down from July 2 through July 17th and no visitations can be done during that time. I wanted to schedule a visit on the 13th and had to change it to a date after the 17th when we will be coming back from the east coast, so I just had to change my itinerary a little bit.

How Bob, how are you doing???

The plant always closes the first two weeks of July, each year. That means from July 18th the 06 models coming out. (XLR´s and Vett`s).
Have you been to the plant? I`ve been four times over there and I always enjoyed it much. As I told you before, maybe I can drive my first XLR V in Aug. over there (hope Ruth drives it till then). Have you heard something of her???

Sent Ruth an E-mail but must be to busy. When I have a chance I will call her and will ask if she can set up a drive of the V and view the colors.
Where did you drive the XLR? On the test track or on the street?
Thanks Hans

Hi Bob,

in Aug 03 I drove the XLR in the B. G. area and on I 65, not on a race-track.
I drove the XLR for about 1 1/2 hour - 1 1/2 hour of fully pleasure with a car that wasn`t on market that time. Thanks to Ruth.

She is always very busy, on my last E-Mail she answered about 4 weeks later.
You got her phone number!!!!

Hans baby,
I ordered it the day after the super bowl, but didn't put in the color. What I mean here is I put down a deposit, to be put on paper when we can order from GM. I am first to receive the new V from Allen Cadillac as long as it's infrared. Can't ink the deal for a while yet, but at least I have my colors. (infrared & beige)
I'm glad to hear that you had a nice weekend for a change and some top down weather.

This sunday is Mother's day here and Dad's Day is in June, I think.
Happy Father's Day
05-05 is Cinco de Mayo day here in the US. Some sort of Mexican holdiay.........good excuse to have a few margaritas. Mexico still wants California back. Looking around us, it looks to me like they have it. LOS ANGELES, MEXICO is on billboards in LA.

Hi Bob,

Mother`s day is this sunday too, over here! It`s funny here, because Mother`s day is always a sunday and Dad`s day is always a Thursday (and that`s a Holiday over here). If you were here today we would have a :cheers together. :lol

Bob, the infrared to me looks very good and especialy with the cashmere interior.
GOOD CHOICE my friend :thumbs

I guess you love the whineing of the supercharger when you floor your new baby.

I guess it`s similar to the Jag-S-Type I drove. You will love it!!!!

Hey Bob, if mexico takes over CA your gas-prices will fall :glol

Well, have a nice work-day

Hans
