I'm looking at 06 V's and am curious as to what exterior/interior color combination forum readers think is "best". I would define best in terms of eye appeal, uniqueness and potential future demand/resale value.

It's pretty clear that the big boys at GM way over produced on Raven Black, so I have no interest in that (too hard to keep clean anyway). I'm leaning toward Infrared/Ebony or Infrared/Shale. Problem is that my 2005 is red/shale and I'd like something different. I'm also considering Lt. Platinum/Ebony. Not sure how much pazzazz silver has though.

What do you think looks the hotest in a V??

Got mine last week--a black one. The dealer had 2 blacks, a used red and a silver. My wife already had a platinum 05 XLR . The red looked good and through 2 Vettes and 3 Vipers i have always avoided black. But, I went with black/shale--it is really hot looking but, yes, a bear to keep clean.

Funny story... ours is Zenon Blue and the other night we were kind of pacing an Infered XLR that was in the insize lane of a 3 lane road, we were in the outside lane. A woman in an older car between us rolls down her passenger window to ask US what kind of car we were driving. I said "Cadillac XLR... just like the one on the other side of you." She about screemed when she realized she was surronded by them. I was surprised the blue got her attention before the red one. :skep

Caly,
Her window was closer to you. It's all about the nearest window, sorry it wasn't the Zenon blue. Just an observation........I like Zenon blue too.

No actually that was the point (clearly not told well) of my story... she was the driver and only occupant, and we were on her passenger side!
