Hello I have a 2005 XLR and it got rained in and water was a couple inches on the passenger side and my BCM module got wet and after that I lost power to the windows the dash and the car would not respond to the key fobs and engine will not crank the battery and starter are 100% but just will not do anything so I bought a new BCM module and I need to know can I have the BCM programmed for my car using the VIN# or do they have to have the car in order to program the BCM to work for my car?
