shipping
after production and inspection, it's turned over to the shipper/transporter and the routeing of the car takes place. this can be as much as 2 to 4 weeks depending on what cars are going in your direction. My new corvette, which was also :cool built at the Bowling green plant was 2 weeks, but more corvettes are produced and shipped than xlr's. I avoided this by buying and taking delivery from the cadillac dealer. since no options are available, and they come fully equipted, you might get lucky and find the color you want close by. anyway, you won't be disappointed. the cars great. We've had our's 3 weeks now. traded a c6 corvette and haven't looked back. It's just a lot nicer ride than the Vette, and you sure get a lot more thumbs up when driving it. Some call it, the vette's rich uncle. We think of ours as pure luxury. I'm sure you'll feel the same about yours. Good luck. Bill in Orlando
