In texas, your car has to be in the shop for 30 days total during the warranty period (without a loaner) or in the shop for the same exact thing 3 times.

Or something like that.

What year is it? Whats wrong with it?

They will eventually figure it out. I had the same problem with an intermittent fault in a switch. One isolated and fixed, I had no further problems.
