Bob, When you refer to aggressive diving mode on your V am I correct in thinking you are turing off the traction control and stable trac? How many miles did you have on the car before you let it out for the first time? Reguards, Tim.

I kicked it in the pants the first day. I've always found that my cars where faster if you broke them in fast.
As far as the aggressive driving mode, I haven't taken the TC/stabilitrac off when in the aggressive driving mode. I would think it would be all over the road if you done this. I've wanted to try this but haven't had the opportunity to see how it would react.

Aggressive driving mode on the V is when the shifter is pulled left into the manual gate. The tranny will stay in automatic aggressive mode unless the gears are manually shifted up or down. Manual shifting is also an aggressive mode.
You also have the option to turn off the traction and stabil trac.
agressive driving mode

You have to put the shifter to the left and then hit the traction control button twice, then it shifts into the performance mode. I think the traction control is off but the stabilitrack is still operational but at a more agressive setting. Hold that traction control button down 5 seconds and it turns everything off. I'm not as comfortable knowing I'm throwing around a 100 grand worth of car at my own discretion, I like the performance mode, it's really driver friendly with a safety net.

:iagree I'm not comfortable with the traction control off, but I'm going to take it out somewhere and test all settings............remember the testing of adaptive cruise control? :lol :lol :lol :lol
