Friends:

Does anyone have some inside info on the 2009 "freshening" of the XLR that I hear about. Apparently, the new C7 and XLR are due around 20011/2012 so 2009 will be considered a mid-model change. Other that a fender vent most likely, anything regarding a re-design of the interior...dash? MP3. bluetooth? So far, it appears that the new CTS has it all and, so should the XLR.

Mid Cycle vs Next Generation

The new CTS is NOT a mid cycle enhancement like the 2007 SRX, 2008 STS and the 2009 XLR. The CTS is a next generation new vehicle and has many outstanding features. As will the next generation XLR.

I'm hoping the 2008 CTS runs as good as it looks! I really enjoy my 2007 as a daily driver, comfortable, roomy with a good ride and enough power to keep up on the freeway without getting run over.

YEA I like it too!! I got a 2007 CTS Sport for my wife and you can't get her out of it!!!

The 2008 is a considerable enhancement in design and comfort.

Checked out the new 2008 CTS at Martin Cadillac in BG. Hans and I were all over the car and absolutely loved it. Went to my dealership this morning and placed my order TODAY for mine....Came in at a shade under $40K MSRP. loaded.
