That's about all I know about this platinum XLR at Massey Cadillac in Orlando. A salesperson named Alex left me a voice mail on this car, I had talked to him in December 06! He said something about it could be certified but I think they want extra money for that; might be a good deal for somebody

Their web site states they are asking $52K. Although we owners hope they are holding value that price seems awful high. They were trying to sell me a '05 with 3000 miles for about the same money 6 months ago. You can bet they are into it well under $40K. I can't say much for their service department but you can get it fixed somewhere else!

:cool I spoke with Alex about this car earlier this week. The car is cadillac certified and I believe it would go for 49,000. I bought my o6 xlr from Massey on John Young where this car is located and couldn't be happier. The service dept has been absolutely the best. The few problems were addressed and handled very professionaly. I've bought 3 new cadillacs from them and will certainly give them my business in the future. I know if anyone has had a problem, Bill Hull , the Gen. mgr needs to know. It's a well run dealership that really cares for their customer. Bill Manes (ocool)

Spend a little, get not, spend a lot, get a lot

I didn't buy my XLR-V at Massey so it looks like the spenders get the royal treatment. I'm not going to bore anybody with the facts even though I was bored to tears waiting and waiting and waiting and...well the day ended with "oops, we broke the part we ordered"

Promises, promises, "I'll have the GM call to discuss this problem"; so said a telephone solicitor calling on behalf of Massey's service dept for a follow up on my service call.

You think Bill Hull called? Yeah, right. And I have to go in now to have the differential / tranny looked at. Can't wait.
