04 startup problem fixed--bulletin 05-07-30-001A

This was a really weird problem. No problem backing out of the garage in the morning, but then put it in drive, and it would not go anywhere for 3-5 seconds, as if it was in neutral. Then it was fine for the rest of the day. And the damnest part about it was that it was temperature sensitive, happening only when the overnight temp in the garage was around 40-60.

I finally managed to leave it at my local dealer overnight in the temperature range, and they got to see it happen.

The TCM reflash indicated by bulletin 05-07-30-001A cured it.
