Xlr dead battery

Back bumper key is not opening trunk. I need help please. Can't get into car to address dead battery. Have tried everything including wd40. Respond asap

The trunk latch is activated via the emergency key. When the key is turned, a cable pulls the latch. This is easily a two-person operation since the trunk is locked by hydraulics and is hard to open manually on a good day.

Another avenue would be to activate the cable manually under the car. Or. . . have the car towed to a dealer and let them play with it.

Sensor reset

After replacing my dead battery, the sensors on the car are off. The car runs fine but my mirrors do not reset to the proper position, my top does not go up and tire sensors are at zero. I keep getting all warnings flashing on my instrument panel.
PLEASE HELP. I was told that all the specialists quit and moved to a different dealer
What do I do. I want to take the car out and put the top up. Radio, seats, etc all work fine
