DRUM ROLL PLEASE...................

With all the excitement a new windscreen can muster, I've spent the winter working on the newest generation of WINDSCREEN from Alabama. Interest seems to be waning with slow releases by my competitors, therefore it's time for me to swoop in and take the business.

At the last Rendezvous, I brought out the "$20 Missouri Special" (actually $5 in trade but Galen and he upgraded his own with $15 of trim). Now I've come up with the BAMA (Bubba Ain't Makin' Any) Windsceen.

Below is the Mini-Version, which bridges between the roll-bars. The Maxi-Version covers from side to side, in front of the roll-bars. I can't divulge my suppliers, but there's gonna be a lot of skeeters in the house this summer.

Let me know if you want one and I'll get the factory workin' 'round the clock for the next several weeks and have a XLR trunk-load at RIII. I can see the crowd gather at the Park & Shine with me selling these like fake Rolex watches. I can't announce pricing yet due to the unknown cost of labor and materials. Anyone interested, PM me a figure you think reasonable.

Sign me up! But wait, would you like to check with your engineer to see if you can think about maybe posting a date when you might talk to the engineer about when you can post your latest delay based on the fact you want to make sure you have the engineer on board for safety sake???????? No wait, take another week/month to debate it...................

******* Engineering

Not to worry. Our "crack" engineering team took the ten extra minutes to test and approve the design. Not many little critters were used in the production and as many harmful chemicals as could be found were consumed.

The only quote recorded during testing was "Watch this..........." :thumbs He'll be up and walking again soon..................

Color Options

In response to the overwhelming acceptance to this new, innovative, unique product, I am now prepared to start initiating custom modifcations. I've found that changing something you haven't starting to build is easy.

I've checked with my Design Manager, Purchasing Manager, Logistics Engineer, Structural Analysis Engineer, International Sale Director, Chief Finance Officer and Image Consultants and can now announce options available to our product.

"Gone with the" Windscreen Fabric - available in either Atlanta Charcoal or Confederate Grey (that's black and gray respectively)

Circumferential Binding Material - BLACK standard, with TAN or WHITE available for those with the 2004-2005 tan interior option. If you have a sick color you want, just ask and I'll check availability.

Graphics - Logos, names, etc. can be added to the product to your specifications.............within reason and good taste. (Disclaimer: not responsible for misspelled foreign names or artwork that is not anatomically correct.)

Sorry it has taken so long to respond to all the requests coming it, but the last 24 hours have been hectic.

Hey Hey Hey !!! Did you check with the Legal Department? Around here we cannot pass gas without checking with the Legal Beagles. And of course, your HR Team will want to make sure your manufacturing team is diverse and happy - don't forget happy! And double check their I-9 forms.

Dang! I was going to try to corner the market on windscreens by stealing and then cutting the legs off my neighbor's control top pantyhose when she hangs 'em on the line to dry!!!! I got a couple pair, and they fit between the roll bars nicely, but you beat me to it!!!!!!!!!!:glol

Looks great! We knew you'd have SOMEthing for us at RIII!!!!!!

Mega-Windscreen

I'm concerned for your safety HOMEGAMEROOM.

The distance from outside-edge to outside-edge of the roll-bars is 42.25". Your neighbor must be something to look at.................that's one big pair of pantyhose!:eek Please don't let them catch you snatching their personals. I want to see you again at Rendezvous.

XLR Long Gun

There ya go! That's the kind of Design Engineer I need on my staff. One who thinks outside the box (or trailer, whichever is larger).

I've found that the space under the driver seat is large enough to house my largest caliber pistol, but a long-gun would be handy to have too. With the top down, I could fashion a quick-draw feature on the roll-bars.........

Thanks Bruce. I'll give you the patent rights when it's released for production.
