I apologize for any frustration caused by the CD issue. People who prefer to work on their own vehicles is certainly understandable. However, if you have the dealership look at it, please let us know. If you send a PM, please include your VIN#, name, situation, contact information, dealership name, and current vehicle mileage. A case will then be set up with GM. Thank you and I hope this is resolved quickly for everyone.
