It looks like the Cadillac engineers did not think everything through thoroughly. I opened my trunk just after it had rained and the water that had beaded up on the trunk proceeded to flow right into the trunk (well -- some of it- not all of it). I was surprised that Cadillac did not try to channel the rain water somehow. :cuss

What are you doing driving it in the rain?

I noticed that too. There is a bit of a channeling around the gasket that is in front of the trunk lid, but more than a trickle does drip a bit.
