Does anyone know what the available options where above the base sticker on a 2008 XLR-V?

NOPE! Adaptive cruise is not available on any "V".

I'll try and look up the other options.

Alpine White w/chrome wheels. I think only colors were options. Everything else was standard.

Wasn't the windscreen a dealer option that was listed on the window sticker

NOPE! Only if the dealer was loading up the car with extras from his parts department. There was one "package" like that which also included a car cover as I recall.
