Picked up my "new" 2006 XLR-V yesterday in Tampa and drove it back to Atlanta. It's black/shale and immaculate. Got 25.2 MPG at an average of 79.5 MPH. The car exceeded my expectations. Spent most of last evening programing/reprograming everything (boy there's lots of options). Noticed that all the ROs for services (oil changes) were no charge..... is normal maint. included?

Yup, oil & filter changes are free. It depends on your dealer how often they will change the oil, some wait until 20% is left on the oil change monitor. I and you are lucky, I had an old-school XLR mechanic who changed it at 3,000. So the engine is practically new. Next time in get the air cleaners changed, that should also be free.
