On Motor Trend's web site it says that the 2006 XLR will have a design refreshening. Does anyone have any details on what this might be??

I'd be shocked if GM spent a penny on "refreshening" the design after 1 or 2 years--look at the Corvette, it has barely changed for about 20 years (only the exterior)!

About the only thing you might see will be the V-XLR with more HP to go up againest the MB.
More or different colors inside and out. Maybe somekind of softwear updates in the computers.
